Laundromat FAQ
We are open from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm, seven days a week. Last wash is at 9:00 pm.
Yes, our laundromat is fully attended so there is always someone on hand to offer you assistance.
Our laundromat uses the Laundroworks card. You can load your card at our in-store kiosk using cash, credit or debit.
Yes, we have 60 and 80-pound washers that can take care of all your bulky items.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime between 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. We are always attended.
We use only premium brand products when we wash your clothes, but you have the option to upgrade to brands such as Tide, Downy, and Bounce.
Our wash and fold services are only $1.95/lb. for regular service. If you need your clothes back the same day it is $2.25/lb., and you must drop off your laundry before noon.
Our minimum for fluff and fold is $25.
Generally, most orders are scheduled for the next day. You can, for an additional charge, get same-day wash and fold service.
No, we never wash your laundry with anyone else's laundry.
One basket of laundry weighs approximately 10 pounds.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery service Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
If you sign up for weekly or biweekly service, it is only $1.95/lb. If you only want to schedule a pickup from time to time it is $2.25/lb.
The minimum for pickup and delivery service is $45.
Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
Your clean clothes will be returned to you in 48 hours. However, if you have a Friday pickup your laundry won't be returned to you until Monday.
You do not need to be home. Just let us know in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it. We suggest a secure location like out of site on your porch or behind an unlocked fence.
When you place your order there is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you have specific laundry instructions.
There is not. You are free to cancel service at any time.
When you create your order, we ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a sturdy trash bag that can be cinched closed.
You can log into your account and suspend your laundry service until you return from your trip.
